"mixway" is a pilot service that combines new mobility services such as bike-sharing, car sharing, and on-demand taxis with traditional public transportation, such as trains and buses to enable the next generation of route searching.

mixway offers the following main features;

• Mix route search, including bike-sharing.
• Real-time port map (displays the location of the port and the availability information on the map)

In addition, since it is linked and compatible with multiple bike-sharing services, you can obtain information on various bike-sharing services with just "mixway", without having to go back and forth between multiple sites and applications.

mixway has a navigation function that uses location information (GPS).
If you want to use this function, you must turn on the location information (GPS) in the settings of your smartphone.

"mixway" is a website for smartphones. The website can be viewed and used on a PC or tablet, but we recommend using a smartphone browser.

Tap 「」 on the bottom right of the "Real Time Port Map" screen to switch the center point of the map to the area of each service linked and supported by mixway.

Bike-sharing is a new mode of transportation that allows users to rent and return shared bicycles at any of the city's bike-sharing rental and return ports. It is also called a "community cycle" or "shared bicycles".

Please note that the procedure for renting and returning bikes differs for each bike-sharing services.

A "port" is a dedicated rent and return point (parking) for bike-sharing.
Bikes at the port can be rented freely and can be retunred to any open ports.

Bike-sharing can be used for one-way trips or repeated trips over short distances or in short periods of time, making them ideal for everyday use such as commuting to work, school, or shopping, as well as for one-off use such as sightseeing or touring the area.

You can rent and return bikes from any of the installed ports, making it easy to get to places that are difficult to get to on foot or by train or bus.

The rate calculation method shown in "mixway" is calculated based on a "one-time member" rate.

As a basic rule, bicycles from bike-sharing services must be returned to the port. It will not be in return status outside of the port and charges will be added over time.
Also, please be careful not to park your bicycle illegally.

Responses in case of troubles while using bike-sharing will differ depending on the service provider.

We use Google Maps' auto route search to guide you on your bike route.
Please note that we have avoided toll roads and highways.

The port information in the search results is as of the moment of the search.
For the latest port information, please refresh the website by tapping the refresh button on your browser.

Port Map

You can check your setting conditions from " Settings" at the top of the search results list or at the bottom of each route detail.
Items with a check mark are ON, and items without a check mark are in OFF.

If you do not see a check mark for "bus", please check it and try re-searching it.

Please use the "Add to Favorites" feature.

You can select a location from the "History" list.
Tap the 「 」 icon to the right of the location in the history, and tap [Add to Favorites] to add the location to your favorites.

If your destination is not displayed, please check your connection and try again in a better connection environment.

mixway currently only displays fares with an IC card (sections where an IC card cannot be used will be displayed in cash/ ticket fares).

In mixway, the travel time by bike is noramally calculated at a speed of 159meters per minute.

If you feel that the speed is slow or fast, please try changing the "Walking and Bicycling Speed" from " Settings" at the top of the search result list or at the bottom of each route detail.
